Vertical Syringes Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Vertical Syringes, which we source from Gorreri SL-Italy. These are fabricated utilizing high grade stainless steel AISI 304 and are used in food processing industry for injecting cream or jam into cakes. The structure is mounted on feet and comprises:
- Tray transport on chains with step advancement
- Loading hopper made of stainless steel AISI 304 jacketed for the product heating and additional heating for the injection head
- Injection head made of stainless steel with valve made of plastic material
- Injection pistons with mechanic adjustment of the step (equipped with special seals in accordance to the FDA rules)
- Needles-holder plate, easily interchangeable and with washing collector
- The injection head is vertically moved by an eccentric and a moto-reducer controlled by a frequency converter
