Horizontal Syringe Machines
Available with us is a wide range of Horizontal Syringe Machines that is fabricated using high grade stainless steel 304. These are sourced from Gorreri SL-Italy and are used for producing Swiss roll. Our machines are highly efficiently and their working logic is controlled by a PLC with touch screen interface.
The injection head of the machine is mounted on a trolley, which is mechanically driven by a frequency converter at rapid advancement and slow return movement in order to allow a uniform distribution of the filling. After the filling is complete, the products are discharged from the transport with the help of a pushing device.
The Horizontal Syringe Machine comprises the following parts:
- Tray transport: It is equipped with pushers for the perfect positioning of product and step advancement with control of the position by electronic devices
- Loading hopper: It is made of stainless steed, double walled for the product heating
- Injecting head: It is equipped with valve, which is made of special plastic material
- Injecting pistons: It is pneumatically operated and is equipped with mechanic step regulation (equipped with special seals in accordance to the FDA rules)
